At SuperGard, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packed before shipment. As underwear is a personal product, we pay special attention to clean packaging, product protection, and privacy.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
During this time, we may arrange stock preparation, size and color checking, product inspection, hygiene packaging, and final quality control.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days after shipment.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier service, holidays, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for customers who need faster delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply and will be shown at checkout or confirmed with our customer service team before shipment.
Packaging & Privacy
Because underwear is a close-fitting personal item, each order is packed with care.
Products are usually placed in individual protective packaging before being packed into the outer shipping package.
For privacy, the outer package will not display sensitive product details.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been collected by the carrier.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other destination charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient information are correct before placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, return fees, or reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will help communicate with the shipping carrier and provide a suitable solution based on the actual situation.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the outer package, product packaging, shipping label, and clear photos as proof.
