Why Should This Be Normal?

In 2015, I experienced something many women know too well.

My nipples felt itchy, sore, pressed, and irritated. There were pressure marks, tiny white spots, and even cracking.

Every woman who had been through it told me the same thing:

“This is normal.”
“There is nothing you can do.”
“You just have to get used to it.”

But I could not accept that answer.

I kept asking myself:

Why should this be normal?

Why should the most sensitive part of the breast be compressed all day?

Why are bras designed to lift, shape, and cover — but not to protect the comfort of the nipple area?

Most women do not think about their nipples when they put on a bra.

They think about support.
They think about shape.
They think about whether it looks smooth under clothes.

But after hours of wearing a traditional bra, your body notices what your mind has learned to ignore.

The pressure.
The rubbing.
The heat.
The feeling that the most sensitive part of your breast is being held down, covered up, and forgotten.

For years, we were told this was normal.

I wanted to question that.

Cabin Bra was created because I believed the nipple area deserved something traditional bras never gave it:

Space.

A pressure-free comfort cabin.
A breathable opening.
A gentler way to be supported every day.
